Conrad Koch - Senior Pastor

Pastor Conrad Koch has been in vocational ministry for over 38 years!  Before joining us as Senior Pastor in August 2007, Conrad served on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ – sharing the Gospel with college students.  He was the Area Director in PA-DE for 14 years and the National Coordinator of Ongoing Theological Education for three years.  For the last 11 years Conrad served as the Pastor of Adult Ministries at Valley Community Baptist Church in Avon, CT.

Conrad has a passion for intentional discipleship, life-engaging teaching, nurturing families, and small groups.  He has a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary and a DMin from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  He and his wife, Barb, have two grown daughters and two grandkids!  He loves sports of any kind and is an avid jogger!

Keith Franz - Pastor of Youth and Families

Keith is a 17-year youth ministry veteran. He grew up in the Chicago area, attended Wheaton Academy and graduated from Wheaton College in 1991. After spending 4 years as a Campus Life Director with Youth For Christ he went back to school at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School where he received a Master of Religious Education degree in 1997. In 1998 God called Keith and his wife, Sandy, to Hope to serve as the Pastor of Youth and Families.

In addition to directing Middle School and High School ministries at Hope, Keith leads one of our adult worship teams and oversees use, care and renovation of the facility. Keith enjoys water skiing, basketball and playing the guitar. But what he enjoys most is spending time with Sandy, and their three little girls, Elizabeth, Amanda and Abigail.

Becky Beaston - Children's Ministry Director

Becky grew up in Lancaster City. She holds a certificate in Bible and Elementary Education from Lancaster Bible College. Though new to Hope's church staff she is no novice in children's ministries, having spent 17 years in the ministry as a Children's worker at her previous church, followed by nine years of involvement in children's ministry at Hope Community Church. She is married to Rob, Jr. and they have a son, Tyler.

Lynn Max - Bookkeeper

A native of Elizabethtown, Lynn is a charter member of Hope Community Church. She spent a number of years handling bookkeeping and data entry in the medical field prior to joining the church staff in September, 2005. She lives in Elizabethtown with her husband Jerry and their two children, Jenna and Jill. In her fleeting moments of free time she enjoys aerobics, watching basketball, music, and spending time with her family.
